SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
SALE ITEMS (purchased during sitewide sale of 30% off or more) cannot be returned.
For REFUND, merchandise must be postmarked within ten (10 ) days of the date the tracking number is marked delivered. Store credit will be issued automatically for merchandise postmarked 11-20 days of the date the tracking number is marked delivered. After 21 days, no refund or store credit will be given.
If refund is chosen, the full cost of BJT's shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. This amount will generally be higher than the cost the customer paid for shipping at check out, since we pay all or part of the customer shipping. This includes order where "free shipping" was chosen on our website.
To complete your return, you must include your proof of purchase (packing slip). Upon receipt, the item will be inspected and must be free from smoke, perfume or deodorant. You will receive an email regarding your return/credit after inspection. You are responsible for return shipping cost. Return to 312 N. First Street, Glenwood, AR 71943. To insure that we receive your return, you should consider a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your return. We are not responsible for items that we do not receive back.
